| Development of low compression set NBR compound for automobile filter was introduced.The optimized formula was as follows:NBR2860 100，carbon black N330 30，carbon black N774 40，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 1，antioxidant 4010NA 2，antioxidant RD 1，plasticizer DOP 18，accelerator TMTD 2，accelerator DTDM 2，accelerator DM 2.The curing rate of optimized NBR compound was high，the compression set of vulcanizate was low，and other physical properties were good. |
