• Abstract:The vulcanization process of rubber thick products with CF/CNT composite fillers was simulated，and the effects of vulcanization and post vulcanization on the internal temperature and degree of vulcanization of rubber thick products were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant temperature difference inside the rubber material model of thick rubber products during the vulcanization heating process.As the vulcanization time increased，the core temperature of the model gradually reached the heat source temperature，while the external temperature of the model remained at a high temperature.During the natural cooling process，the temperature of the rubber material model of thick rubber products decreased rapidly near the outer side，and the holding time above 100 ℃ was relatively short，resulting in weak post vulcanization effect.However，there was a phenomenon of first heating up and then cooling down inside the rubber material model of thick rubber products.The longer the temperature was maintained above 100 ℃，the more obvious the post vulcanization effect becomesd.Overall，the post vulcanization effect could cause a sustained and brief temperature rised in the internal area of thick rubber products，promoting the vulcanization of the internal area of thick products.

• Abstract:The analysis and research on the performance differences between wet method rubber and dry method rubber under the same hardness, as well as their application comparison in products, have been conducted. The results indicate that, compared to dry mixed rubber, wet method rubber has advantages such as high dispersion, fast vulcanization rate, low creep, and low hysteresis. The products produced with wet method rubber feature a low dynamic and static stiffness ratio, low creep, and good fatigue resistance characteristics.

• Abstract:Effect of the extractive on the glass transition temperature（Tg） of chloroprene rubber（CR） and its blends was studied.The results showed that the influence trend of the extractives on the Tg of different types of rubber was different.For CR/butadiene rubber（BR）/natural rubber（NR） blend（vulcanizate），the extract increased the Tg of BR and decreased the Tg of CR and NR.For CR/BR/NR blend（vulcanizate），the extract had a smaller effect on the decreasing Tg of NR than on that of CR.For different rubber materials，the impact of the extractives on their Tg varied，and the extractives had little effect on the Tg of CR raw rubber.

• Abstract:The effect of carbon nanotube dosage on the swelling index，tensile properties and conductivity of carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex（XNBRL） film was studied.The results showed that as the carbon nanotube dosage increased，the swelling index of XNBRL film decreased at first and then increased，the modulus at 300% elongation gradually increased，the tensile strength increased at first and then decreased，the elongation at break gradually decreased，and the volume resistivity trended to decrease. When the carbon nanotube dosage was 0.5 phr，the comprehensive performance of XNBRL film was better.

• Abstract:A new environmentally friendly accelerator cerium p-aminosalicylate（PAS-Ce） was synthesized using cerium chloride and sodium p-aminosalicylate as raw materials，and its molecular formula was determined to be CeC7H6NO33·H2O through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis，thermal analysis and elemental analysis.The rotorless rheometer and equilibrium swelling method were used to study the effect of PAS-Ce on the vulcanization characteristics of natural rubber（NR） compounds.The experimental results showed that with the increase of PAS-Ce amount，the crosslinking density of the compound increased，and the t90 of the compound was first shortened and then prolonged.When PAS-Ce amount was 1.2 phr，the t90 of the compound was the shortest，and the crosslinking density of the vulcanizate was the largest.The calculation results of kinetic parameters showed that with the increase of PAS-Ce amount，the reaction activity of the crosslinking precursor was enhanced，and the crosslinking reaction activation energy first decreased and then increased.When the PAS-Ce amount was 1.2 phr，the crosslinking reaction activation energy of the compound was the lowest.

• Abstract:The effect of the vegetable oil softeners on the properties of natural rubber（NR）/reclaimed rubber blends was studied.The results showed that the addition of the palm oil minimized theF_Land Mooney viscosity of the compound，resulting in the best flowability and processibility of the compound.The addition of the castor oil minimized theF_max－F_L and t₉₀ of the compound，with a decrease of 3.66% in t₉₀.The addition of the palm oil increased the tensile strength，elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizates by 6.58%，43.47% and 106.90% respectively.The addition of the vegetable softeners improved the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix and enhanced the wet skid resistance of the vulcanizates，with little impact on the rolling resistance of the vulcanizates.

• Abstract:The damping performance of the vulcanizates with different base rubber[butyl rubber（IIR）/natural rubber] ratios，and the damping performance and sound insulation performance of the constrained dampings with the vulcanizates as damping layers were studied.The results showed that the damping performance of the vulcanizate with IIR as the main base rubber was the best，and the damping performance of the corresponding constrained damping tested by the cantilever beam mothed was also the best，while the insertion loss was the greatest.Under the premise of controlling additional mass，the resonance of the constrained damping could be suppressed and sound insulation performance could be improved by increasing the damping performance of damping layer.

• Abstract:The plasticizers used in silicone sealants for architectural glass curtain walls （hereinafter referred to as silicone sealeats）were prepared，and the effect of the plasticizer preparation process parameters on the tensile adhesive properties of the silicone sealants was studied.The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature of the alkoxysilane mixture for plasticizer preparation was 120 ℃，and the optimal reaction time was 150 min，and the optima mass ratio of the high boiling point organosilicon compound to n-octanol was 1∶3.Under these conditions，the yield of the silicone sealant was 91.69%.When the mass fraction of the alkoxysilane mixture was 5%，it was evenly dispersed in the silicone sealant matrix.Under different temperatures，with the mass fraction of the alkoxysilane mixture increased，the tensile adhesive strength of the silicone sealant decreased，the elongation at break increased，and the tensile elastic modulus first increased and then decreased.With the increase of temperature，the tensile adhesive strength，elongation at break and tensile elastic modulus of the silicone sealant first increased and then decreased.

• Abstract:The influence of turning process parameters（feed rate and lathe speed） on the sizes and surface roughnesses of step ring sealing ring was studied.The results showed that，when using old cutting blades，with the increase of feed rate，the inner diameter of the sealing ring presented decreasing trend and the outer diameter presented increasing trend at low speeds，and the inner diameter and outer diameter of the sealing ring first increased and then decreased at high lathe speeds.Compared with using the old blade，the changes of the inner diameter，outer diameter and radial thickness of the sealing ring when using the new blade were generally the consistent，and only at a lathe speed of 2 400 r·min-1，the outer diameter of the sealing ring first increased and then decreased.As the increase of the lathe speed，the size of the sealing ring fluctuated similarly when using new and old blades.The surface roughness of the sealing ring was less affected by the lathe speed.As increase of the feed rate，the surface roughness of the sealing ring increased，and the larger the feed rate was，the faster the rate of increase in surface roughness of the sealing ring.

• Abstract:The prediction of the fatigue life of silicone rubber at high temperature was studied.The results showed that the goodness of fit of the fatigue life prediction model for silicone rubber established with engineering strain peak as the damage parameters was above 0.99，indicating that the the model was effective.When the engineering strain peak was less than 0.7，as it increased，the fatigue life of silicone rubber presented a decreasing trend.When the engineering strain peak was greater than 0.7，as it increased，the fatigue life change of silicone rubber tended to be gentle.Under the same engineering strain peak（0.6），as the increase of the temperature，the fatigue life of silicone rubber gradually was shorted，indicating that high-temperature（90～130 ℃） softening had little effect on the fatigue life of silicone rubber.The error between the measured fatigue life and the predicted fatigue life of silicone rubber did not exceed 57%，indicating that the fatigue life prediction model had a certain degree of accuracy.

• Abstract:The research progress of three preparation methods for anti-static nitrile latex gloves was reviewed.The anti-static coating method was a relatively simple method for preparing nitrile latex gloves，which improved the anti-static performance and other functionality of nitrile gloves by adding anti-static coating or other types of coatings.However，the adhesion and compatibility between different coatings needed to be considered to avoid coating detachment.The lotion mixing method was the most commonly used anti-static method for preparing anti-static nitrile latex gloves.Conductive fillers，antistatic agents or free radical scavengers were added in the process of preparing nitrile latex to avoid the accumulation of electric charges in nitrile gloves.But it was necessary to consider issues such as the darker color of the anti-static nitrile gloves and the compatibility of anti-static agents with nitrile latex.In situ polymerization method was the least researched and most difficult preparation method for nitrile latex gloves，which produced more stable latex and more uniform distribution of its conductive fillers.However，it required pre-treatment or modification of the conductive fillers in advance，and emulsified them into the polymerization system，so that prepared the gloves had anti-static ability.
