Abstract:
      Using hexamethyldisiazane as main surface modifier,and dimethyldiethoxysilane as co modifier,the effects of different solvents,modification temperature and reaction time on the surface hydrophobicity of fumed silica were investigated,and the influence of modified silica and unmodified silica on the separation factor of silicone rubber film was studied.The results showed that the optimized modification condition was using toluene as solvent at 110 ℃ for 90 min;and the separation factor of modified silica/silicone rubber film was higher than that unmodified silica/silicone rubber film.
