| The effect of type and addition level of silane coupling agent and the preparationmethod of composite on the physical properties of nano-Fe3O4/NR composites was investigated.The results showed that,the surface of nano-Fe3O4 could be effectively modified by silane coupling agent;it was found by TEM,SEM and IR that,the interfacial interaction of nano-Fe3O4/NR composites was enhanced,the dispersion of the nano-Fe3O4 particles in NR was improved,and the structure and properties of composites were improved by the effective modification of coupling agent Si69;the best comprehensive physical properties of nano-Fe3O4/NR composites were obtained as the addition level of coupling agent Si69 was 2.25 phr.The physical properties of nano- Fe3O4/NR composites prepared by the emulsion coagulation method were better than those prepared by mechnical blending method and magnetic fluid gel method. |
