Abstract:
      The influence of curing system,addition level of curing agent and crosslink density on the Shore A hardness,compression stress and flexibility of silicone rubber vulcanizates was investigated.The results showed that,the Shore A hardness and compression stress of silicone rubber vulcanizates were increased as the addition level of curing agent increased;the flexibility of silicone rubber vulcanizates by using addition type curing system was better compared with that by using peroxide curing system when silicone matrixes were the same;the flexibility of silicone rubber vulcanizates was better as the molecular weight of matrix rubber and crosslink density were lower when addition type curing system was used.
