Abstract: |
The effect of the hardness of carbon black N326 particle on the physical properties of belt rubber compound and its adhesion bond to the steel cord was investigated. The results showed that,as the hardness of carbon black N326 particle increased, the Mooney viscosity,MH、ML,Shore A hardness, modulus and tensile strength increased, elongation at break decreased, and the scorch time and optimum cure time of rubber compound shortened, and the pull out force of steel cord was improved. |
