Abstract: |
The influence of the addition level of sulfur on the properties of TPI and IR compounds were investigated.The results showed that,compared with IR compound,at the same addition level of sulfur,MHof TPI compound was higher,the scorch time was shorter,and the dispersion of carbon black was poorer;Shore A hardness and modulus of TPI vulcanizate increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break were lower,and the wear resistance was better;the addition level of sulfur had greater influence on the fatigue resistance of TPI vulcanizate. |
