| Abstract: |
| The formulation of bonding compound of copper-plated steel cord reinforced conveyor belt was investigated.The results showed that,the adhesion strength of copper-plated steel cord and rubber was increased by the resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica-cobalt system;the final formulation was as follows:NR 30,SBR 70,carbon black N330 45,silica 15,zinc oxide 9.5,stearic acid 1,aromatic oil 4,antioxidant 4010NA/BLE C 2.5,adhesive RF 3.6,adhesive RA 2.4,cobalt boroacylate 1.2,sulfur 2.7,accelerator NOBS 1.The Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was 70 degree,the pull out forces of the steel cord before and after aging(150 ℃×150 min) were 1 260 and 1 185 N,respectively. |
