| The NBR/polydodecalactam(PA12) thermoplastic vulcanizate（TPV） was prepared by dynamic vulcanization，and the influence of curing systems，acrylonitrile content of NBR and blend ratio of NBR/PA12 on the properties of NBR/PA12 TPV were investigated.The results showed that，using maleimide derivative vulcanizing agent A/accelerator DM curing system，NBR/PA12 TPV exhibited sea-island structure，the crystallinity of PA12 was high，and the comprehensive physical properties were good；the comprehensive physical properties and oil resistance of NBR/PA12 TPV were improved as acrylonitrile content of NBR and the addition level of PA12 increased. |
