| A PU/polymethylmethacrylate-maleic anhydride[P(MMA-co-MAH)]/organo-montmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composite was prepared by simultaneously intercalating and polymerizing method based on nano-intercalating technique combined with IPN method.The test results showed that the comprehensive physical properties of PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT were better because it was an exfoliated/intercalated nanocomposite；and its optimized preparing conditions were as follows：the mass contents of BPO，EGDMA，OMMT and MAH were 0.008，0.02，0.05 and 0.05 in monomers respectively；the blending ratio of PU/PMMA was 60/40；and the MOCA coefficient was 0.8. |
