| A model for the independent component extraction-based Fisher discrimination of carbon black dispersity has been established and its applied software system has been designed.The model establishing process includes image aquisition，image processing，set-up of characteristic index system，independent component extraction，and model establishment and analysis.The discrimination is applicable for determination of carbon black dispersity in rubber mix or vulcanizate with a higher accuracy(about 90%).The software system is easy to operate. |
