| The PU/organo-montmorillonite (OMMT) nano-composites were prepared by monomer intercalating polymerization，and their structures and properties were investigated.The results showed that the distance between layers of OMMT(DK2) modified by bis-hydroxyethyl dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was larger；and when 3% DK2 by mass was used，the OMMT in PU/OMMT nano-composite was more completely exfoliated，the PU was more effectively intercalated into OMMT，and a nano-composite with excellent physical properties and thermal stability was obtained. |
