| Abstract: |
| The soluble multi-walled carbon nanotubes (s-CNTs) were made by organic modification,a s-CNTs/NR composite and a s-CNTs/CIIR composite were prepared by solution coprecipitation, and the properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that s-CNTs made by organic modification could be homogeneously solved in organic solvent;and for s-CNTs/NR composite, the Shore A hardness and density increased, the tensile strength and elongation at break increased at first and then decreased, and for s-CNTs/CIIR composite, the Shore A hardness and density increased, the tensile strength tended to increase generally, the elongation at break changed little and the surface specific resistance decreased significantly as the addition level of s-CNTs increased. |
