Abstract: |
A PVC/PNBR TPE was prepared based on PVC and powdered NBR(PNBR) using magnesium hydroxide(MH) as flame retardant, and the influence of the flame-retardant synergists, such as diantimony trioxide(Sb2O3),zinc borate(ZB),ammonium heptomolybdate(AOM),zinc oxide(ZnO) and manganese dioxide(MnO2) on the properties of above TPE was investigated. The results showed that a PVC/PNBR TPE with good properties was obtained by using 77/23 PVC/PNBR,50 phr DOP and 31 phr MH;the addition level of MH had little effect on the oxygen exponent of TPE;the oxygen exponent of TPE significantly increased and its comprehensive physical properties improved when 4.6 phr Sb2O3,6.2 phr ZB,1.5 phr AOM or 6.2 phr ZnO were respectively used in TPE;and MnO2 had little synergistic effect. |
