| Abstract: |
| The effect of the aging mode and condition of the supported TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3 catalyst system on the conversion ratio during the polymerization of high trans-butadiene(Bd)-isoprene(Ip) copolymer(TBIR) was investigated. The results showed that the aging of catalyst system was beneficial to increase the conversion ratio during polymerization;the conversion ratio of aged ternary catalyst system was greater than that of aged binary catalyst system;and the optimized aging condition of the aged ternary catalyst system was as follows:Ip/Ti mole ratio 20,Al/Ti mole ratio 20,addition order TiCl4→MgCl2→Al(i-Bu)3→Ip,temperature 20 ℃ and time 5~10 min. |
