| Abstract: |
| The clay was refined and organically modified with the ultrasonic technology;and the effect of the ultrasonic power and treatment time on the properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS)/clay nano-composite was investigated.The results showed that the ultrasonic was effective for clay peeling and deagglomeration;and the organic clay was dispersed in nano size in SBS matrix and the tensile strength of the composite improved significantly by using 750 W output power of ultrasonic,30 min treatment time and 2.5 phr clay. |
