| Abstract: |
| Based on the method of load transfer from rigid drum and X-Y force sensors，the transfer relationship of the variations of radial force and lateral force，which are used to characterize the tire uniformity，is deduced.The structure and principle of core detecting equipment and data acquisition and control system of tire uniformity tester are described.The core detecting equipment consists of rim component，drum component and force sensors；the data acquisition and control system consists of sensor detecting，signal transformation data acquisition，data processing and output，and process control module；and the control is realized by IPC and PLC coordinately. |
