| Abstract: |
| The effects of the accelerator NA-22 curing system and triazine-mercaptan(including curatives AF and TCY) curing system on the properties of epichlorohydrin binary copolymer(CHC) were investigated. The results showed that the accelerator NA-22/dibasic lead phosphite curing system gave the vulcanizate better physical properties, but NA-22 was cancerogenic and dibasic lead phosphite was toxic and pollutant to mold;triazine-mercaptan/magnesium oxide/accelerator DM or scorch retardant CTP curing system was environment-friendly,although it gave the vulcanizate somewhat poorer properties;and the curatives AF and TCY were ideal environment-friendly curatives for CHC. |
