| The effective factors on the water-swelling property of in-situ formed polymerized sodium acrylate (PNaAA)/EPDM were investigated.The results showed that the water-swelling property of vulcanizate decreased as the additional level of DCP increased;the water-swelling property improved as the theoretical yield of PNaAA increased;the water swelling property of vulcanizate was better when the mole ratio of sodium hydroxide/AA was 1~1.2;the higher temperature of water solution,the greater water swelling ratio of vulcanizate;and the higher Na+ content in water solution,the lower water swelling ratio of vulcanizate. |
