| The vulcanizing behavior of carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/NR composite was investigated.The results showed that the scorch time of CNTs/NR composite extended slightly and the reversion improved when compared to carbon black/NR composite.It was found through the test on the CNTs treated with different techniques that the various CNTs gave similar effect on the vulcanizing behavior of CNTs/NR composites，expect the CNTs oxidated with mixed acids retarded the vulcanization significantly.The addition level of sulfur should have been increased when CNTs was used in the composite. |
