| The influence of the Mooney viscosity fluctuation of sulfur-modified powdered CR by reverse-coagulation cover method (PCR-121) on the physical properties of its vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of PCR-121 fluctuated in the range of 30～130 had little effect on the physical properties of its vulcanizate；and PCR-121 was superior to bale CR121 in processibility and physical properties.It was found by SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis on the tensile fractured surface of two CRs that the better dispersion of various ingredients in PCR-121 matrix resulted in superior processibility and physical properties. |
