| The regression design method was used to optimize the recipe of RFL solution for polyester cord.The test data were fitted to obtain a regression equation for the relation of formaldehyde/resorcinol(MF/MR) mole ratio,RF resin/BSVP latex (mRF/mL) mass ratio and RFL mass fraction (A) to the properties of dipped polyester cord.The regression equation was verified for its significance to obtain an optimized recipe with MF/MR=2.42,mRF/mL=21.2,A=0.171.The physical properties of the cord dipped with the above RFL solution improved significantly. |
