| Abstract: |
| The nano-composites of in-situ polymerized sodium methylacrylate(PNaMAA)/NBR were prepared and the effects of the mixing procedure, the level of DCP,the molecular ratio of MAA/sodium hydroxide and the theoretical yield of NaMAA on the physical properties of composites were investigated. The results showed that the PNaMAA/NBR nano-composite with the optimum physical properties was obtained by using 1.5 phr of DCP,MAA/sodium hydroxide with molecular ratio of 1.5:1,30 phr of NaMAA for theoretical yield,160 ℃×t90 cure and mixing procedure,in which the acid was rapidly added at first, and the alkali was added in batches later. |
