| Abstract: |
| The static and dynamic properties of ZDMA/NBR nano-composite were investigated and compared to those of C.B. N220/NBR system.The test results showed that the higher Shore A hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,modulus at 100% elongation and tear strength,better hot air aging property and hot oil resistance of ZDMA/NBR vulcanizate were obtained when compared to those of C.B. N220/NBR vulcanizate;and ZDMA/NBR vulcanizate possessed higher storage modulus and lower dy namic compression heat build-up,but larger dynamic compression set. |
