| Abstract: |
| Considering radial spoke thickness gradient variation,a non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was designed, and the influence of spoke thickness gradient variation on the radial stiffness, lateral stiffness, longitudinal stiffness and torsional stiffness of the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was studied. The results indicated that by optimizing the spoke thickness through regression model and multi-objective genetic algorithm, the mechanical performance of the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was closer to that of pneumatic tire.Without changing the quality of the wheel spokes, compared with the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure and uniform spoke thickness, optimized non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure and spoke thickness gradient variation had significantly reduced stiffness and improved stability during rolling. |
