Abstract:
      Using dynamic thermomechanical anslysis method,the glass transition temperature(Tg) of nitrile butadiene(NBR) vulcanizate was tested,and the measurement uncertainty components during the testing process were analyzed and evaluated.The measurement synthetic uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate through the measurement uncertainties caused by factors such as test repeatability,instrument temperature indication error,equipment period verification and sample size measurement testing was obtained.The results indicated that the main influencing factors of the measurement uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate were the instrument temperature indication error and test results repeatability,followed by equipment verification and sample size testing.Evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate was beneficial for improving the accuracy and reliability of measurement results,and could provide theoretical basis to scientifically testing the Tg of vulcanizate.
