Abstract:
      The inflatable vulcanization process of corrugated rubber hoses for a certain type of aircraft was researched.The results showed that the six types of corrugated rubber hoses developed successfully passed the verification of airtightness and destructive tests，and had been installed and used in good condition.In addition，the whole processing process of molding，surface adhesion，inflatable vulcanization，marking and identification of corrugated rubber hoses was independently completed.The secondary inflatable vulcanization could serve as a specialized process for the inflatable vulcanization of corrugated rubber hoses，and the independent manufacturing capability of similar products was expanded.
