| Abstract: |
| To meet the continuous improvement of the aging resistance of silicone rubber material for composite insulator,a multi-factor aging test device suitable for the accelerating aging of silicone rubber material for composite insulator was built,which could simultaneously realize high temperature,high humidity and ultraviolet irradiation accelerated aging.Under the conditions of aging temperature of 120 ℃,the relative humidity of 100% and the ultraviolet radiation intensity of 1 W·m-2 for 720 h,silicone rubber material showed obvious pulverization phenomenon.Under the combined action of high temperature,high humidity and ultraviolet irradiation,the main chains and side groups of silicone rubber molecules continue to degrade or oxidize,crosslinking network structure of silicone rubber dynamically changed,the fillers such as silica and aluminum hydroxide desorbed from silicone rubber matrex,forming a powdery layer on the surface of silicone rubber material.The mechanical properties of silicone rubber material deteriorated with the structural damage of silicone rubber matrix and the intrusion of water vapor through the pore formed by aging into silicone rubber matrix. |
