| Compared with carbon black N330,the effect of specific surface areas of silica (specific surface area of silica HPS80GR,silica 1125MP,silica 1165MP and silica 200MP increasing) on sequentially the properties of tread compound of snow tire was studied.The results showed that with the increase of specific surface area of silica,the FL,Fmax and Fmax-FL of the compounds increased.The Mooney viscosity,FL,Fmax and Fmax-FL of the compound filled with silica 200MP were the largest,the t90 of the compound filled with silica 1165MP was the longest.The Payne effect of the compound filled with silica HPS80GR was the minimum,indicating the best dispersion of silica HPS80GR in the rubber matrix.With the increase of specific surface area of silica,the tensile strength of the vulcanizates increased.The tanδ at 60 °C of the vulcanizate filled with silica HPS80GR was the smallest,indicating its lowest rolling resistance.At 10 °C and 15 °C,the friction coefficient of the vulcanizate filled with silica 200MP was the minimum,indicating its best wet skid resistance,At -5 °C,-10 °C and 15 °C,the friction coefficient of the vulcanizate filled with silica HPS80GR was maximum,indicating its best ice skid resistance. |
