Abstract: |
The structure optimization design of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly for offshore oil field(using fluororubber rubber compound as the compensation rubber bladder compound) was introduced, and finite element simulation analysis and practical used verification on the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly after optimization design were carried out.The results indicated that, the structural optimization of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly achieved the integrated structural design of the compensation rubber bladder and the metal substrate. The maximum stress of the oil filled compensation rubber bladder assembly after optimization design was reduced, and it was in good working under vacuum pumping and high-temperature(175 ℃) oil filling, meeting the actual use requirements. This integrated structural design concept could provide guidance for the current structural design of similar assembly. |
