| Abstract: |
| The effect of two-dimensional nanofiller graphene and graphene/silica blend replacing some carbon black on the properties of shock-absorbing compounds for new energy vehicles was studied. The results showed that after replacing some carbon black with graphene/silica blend, the tensile properties of the vulcanizate decreased. After replacing some carbon black with graphene, the physical properties of the vulcanizate were significantly improved. When 1.5 phr graphene replaced 10 phr carbon black, the tensile properties, elasticity and wear resistance of the vulcanizate were better, the flexural fatigue resistance was the best, the compression set and the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of the vulcanizate was smaller, shock absorption performance was optimum. |
