| Abstract: |
| Regarding the fatigue damage problem of rubber bladder accumulator(referred to as accumulator) under multi axis cyclic load,a method using Abaqus+Fe-safe software for fatigue simulation to achieve multi stress singularity fatigue life prediction of the accumulator(10 L) was proposed.The results showed that during the use of the accumulator under high-pressure cyclic thermal load,the stress softening fatigue damage mainly occured at the stress concentration point at the bottom of the accumulator caused by the edge of the limit valve during liquid filling,and the fatigue damage dangerous section of the accumulator expanded with the increase of service temperature.This study could provide reference for application of the accumulator with the long service life and high reliability under high-pressure cyclic thermal load. |
