Abstract:
      Wear resistance and oil resistance fluorinesilicone rubber(FVMQ) composites(referred to as FVMQ compounds) were prepared by mechanical mixing using 20,27 and 31 phr of fumed silica as reinforcing filler,and the effect of fumed silica dosages on properties of FVMQ compounds was studied.The results showed that when vulcanizing agent DBPH dosage was 0.8 phr,the Fmax and Fmax-FL of FVMQ compounds with 31 phr of fumed silica were the highest.Compared with FVMQ compounds with 20 and 27 phr of fumed silica,FVMQ compounds with 31 phr of fumed silica had higher Shore A hardness,modulus at 100%,modulus at 300%,and tensile strength,with a smaller maximum loss factor and the highest friction coefficient.After soaking in 15# aviation hydraulic oil (room temperature× 27 h),the FVMQ compound with 31 phr of fumed silica had the smallest mass change rate and volume change rate,which were 1.5% and 3.8%,respectively.Overall,using fumed silica as a reinforcing filler could effectively improve the physical properties,oil resistance and wear resistance of FVMQ compound.The application prospects of fumed silica reinforced FVMQ compounds in the aviation field were broad.
