| Abstract: |
| Aiming the compounds used in flexible hoses,the vulcanization characteristics and tensile properties at room temperature(23 ℃) and high temperature(70 ℃) of different brand chloroprene rubber(CR) blends and CR/natural rubber (NR) blends were studied,and the relationship between the rubber molecular structure and blend performance was explored.The results showed that at high temperature,the tensile properties of different brand blends and CR/NR blends decreased significantly.The vulcanizate with CR/NR blend ratio of 90/10 had optimal tensile properties at room temperature and high temperature,along with good hot air aging resistance. |
