| Abstract: |
| For the rubber mixing workship,in order to improve the space availability and equipment layout flexibility,an powder weighing control system for off-line mixer feeding system was designed.The weighing system mainly included dust removal device,unpacking device,silo and feeder,track car and scale,sealing machine,and automated guided vehicle,etc.The weighing control system adopted the classic upper and lower computer architecture design,with a general-purpose computer as the upper computer in the control room,a touch screen as the on-site human machine interface(HMI),and the Mitsubishi Q series programmable logic controller(PLC) as the lower computer.The Ethernet communication mode was adopted between the upper computer,HMI and PLC to achieve fully intelligent management of powder in aspects such as the unpacking error prevention,accurate weighing and verification,efficient sealing of powder bag,and automatic logistics.It was of great significance in improving the production efficiency of the rubber mixing and the quality of the compound. |
