| Abstract: |
| A new wet mixing process—emulsion freezing-thawing method was proposed, the feasibility of preparing natural rubber(NR) composites by this method was verified, and the properties differences of NR composites prepared by emulsion freezing-thawing method and traditional dry mixing method were compared. The results showed that the NR composite prepared by the emulsion freezing-thawing method[fillers were pyrolysis carbon black(CBp),carbon black N660,carbon black N550 and CBp/microfibrillated cellulose hybrid material(CNCH) respectively] could effectively avoid the loss of fillers and latex, and water resources could also be reused.Compared with the NR composite prepared by dry mixing method, the filler in the NR composite prepared by emulsion freezing-thawing method was more evenly dispersed,to form a more complete and uniform reinforcement network, and the tensile properties of the NR composite increased significantly, the wear resistance and wet skid resistance were improved while the rolling resistance was reduced. The emulsion freezing-thawing method gived full play to the reinforcement effect of CNCH,which could replace carbon black N550 to fill and strengthen NR. |
