| Abstract: |
| The polypropylene(PP)short fibers were prepared based on melt differential
electrospinning technology, and the effects of PP short fiber amounts on the Mooney viscosities, vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of natural rubber(NR)composites were studies. The results showed that when PP short fiber amount was 2 phr,the Mooney viscosity of NR composite was the maximum, the Fmax-FL was the minimum. When PP short fiber amount was 4 phr,the t90 of NR composite was the shortest within the experimental range, modulus at 300% elongation, tensile strength and tear strength were the maximum, the DIN abrasion loss was the minimum. |
