Abstract:
      A two-component water-based heat resistant chloroprene rubber(CR) adhesive was prepared by modification with lithium silicate.The effects of lithium silicate on the stability,adhesive property and heat resistance of the adhesive were studied.The results showed that the two-component water-based CR adhesive had good stability.With the increasing of the mass fraction of lithium silicate,the T-peel strength of the adhesive sample first increased and then decreased,which could reach a maximum of 3.8 kN·m-1.After adding lithium silicate,the glass transition temperature of the adhesive decreased,the initial decomposition temperature decreased,and the final decomposition temperature increased.Adding lithium silicate with a mass fraction of 10%~15% was beneficial to improving the heat resistance of the adhesive.The lithium silicate modified two-component water-based heat resistant CR adhesive could solve the problems of poor initial adhesive property and high temperature resistance of ordinary solvent-based CR adhesive.
