Abstract:
The low-temperture mechano-chemical regeneration experiment of the waste rubber was carried out using a refiner machine, the affect of the crosslinking bond breaking and cracking crosslinking of the waste rubber was controlled by adjusting the milling runs, and the influence of milling runs on the properties of the reclaimed rubber compounds was studies. The results showed that,as the milling runs increased, the Mooney viscosity,FmaxFL and crosslink density of the reclaimed rubber compounds decreased,thet10 and t90 shortened, and the sol mass fraction increased. When the milling runs was 60,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the reclaimed rubber compound were the maximum.
