| Abstract: |
| The effect of rubber blending ratios, treated distillate aromatic extract(TDAE) dosages and vulcanization system dosages(sulfur/accelerator TBBS dosage ratios unchanged) on the protective wax migration and the ozone aging resistance of natural rubber(NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber(BR)blends(sidewall compouds) was investigated. The results showed that,as BR dosage increased, the protective wax migration amount of NR/BR blend increased, indicating encharged solubility of the protective wax in NR.As TDAE dosage increased, the protective wax migration amount decreased, but excessive TDAE dosage led to decrease the ozone aging resistance of the blend. As vulcanization system dosage increased, the protective wax migration of NR/BR blend increased.Insufficient vulcanization system dosage was not conducive to the protective wax migration, resulting in a deterioration of the ozone aging resistance of the blend. |
