| Abstract: |
| The liquid 3,4-polyisoprene rubber(3,4-LIR) was prepared by anionic polymerization, the microstructure of the 3,4-LIR was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography, and the 3,4-LIR was incorporated into natural rubber(NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) composites to investigate its effect on the damping properties of the composites. The results showed that the 3,4-structure content in the synthesized 3,4-LIR was 66.65%.As the 3,4-LIR dosage increased, the crosslinking density of the NR/SBR composite decreased, the damping properties were improved, while the physical properties were reduced. When 3,4-LIR dosage reached 20 phr,the effective damping temperature range of the composite expanded to -46.1 ℃ to 27.0 ℃,meeting the requirements for high-damping rubber products. |
