| In order to solve the problem of the deviation between the calculation and the test of the static and dynamic stiffness of the rubber bushing and predict the deflection and torsional stiffness of the rubber bushing which is difficult to be completed by the test; The hyperelastic constitutive parameters were optimized, and the constitutive parameters that could accurately simulate the four-directional static stiffness were derived. On this basis, the combined hyperelastic and viscoelastic parameter model was established. The viscoelastic constitutive parameters were optimized with radial and axial dynamic stiffness as the targets, and then the torsion and skew stiffness curves were obtained. The optimized static and static stiffness parameters can accurately simulate the static and dynamic characteristics of the rubber bushing, thus saving the test cost.In order to solve the problem of the deviation between the simulation and testing values of the static and dynamic stiffnesses of the rubber bushing and predict the torsional(axial) and swing dynamic stiffnesses of the rubber bushing which were difficult to be obtained by testing, the hyperelastic constitutive parameters of the rubber materials were optimized, and the hyperelastic constitutive parameters that could accurately simulate the four-directional static stiffnesses were derived. On this basis, the hyperelastic-viscoelastic parameter combined model was established. The viscoelastic constitutive parameters were optimized with radial and axial dynamic stiffnesses as the targets to accurately simulate the static and dynamic characteristics of the rubber bushing, and then the torsional and swing stiffnesses were obtained. |
