| Taking the upstream of the tire industry mixer(hereinafter referred to as upstream) system as the object,the upstream systems of two representative domestic and foreign companies were analyzed and compared from the aspects of software economy and intelligence,system architecture,functions and on-site use.Compared with the upstream system of foreign company B,the overall architecture of the upstream system of domestic company A was better,with supporting multilingual switching,and all material weighing information and mixing process information were transmitted to the upstream PLC,on-site maintenance was more convenient and low cost-effective,and it had advantages such as intelligent scheduling,intelligent weighing parameter adjustment,automatic process transmission and data cloud storage.The domestic upstream system is more suitable for on-site use. |
