| Abstract: |
| The regeneration(low-temperature mechanical-chemical regeneration) process conditions of waste rubber(waste rubber tire tread compound strip) based on monoterpene environmentally friendly swelling additive and supercritical carbon dioxide(ScCO2) synergistic swelling were experimentally studied. The results showed that the optimized regeneration process conditions of waste rubber(in a high-pressure reaction vessel) based on monoterpene environmentally friendly swelling additive and ScCO2 synergistic swelling were as follows:the dosage of monoterpene environmentally friendly swelling additive 2 phr, reaction temperature 100~120 ℃,reaction pressure 8~10 MPa,reaction time 15~20 min.Compared recycled rubber compounds prepared by the traditional regeneration process of waste rubber, the recycled rubber compounds prepared by the regeneration process of waste rubber based on monoterpene environmentally friendly swelling additive and ScCO2 synergistic swelling exhibited significant advantages in terms of Mooney viscosity, vulcanization characteristics, tensile properties and dynamic mechanical properties. |
