| Abstract: |
| The effect of the roller speed ratios of the refining machine (hereinafter referred to as roller ratios) on the properties of the reclaimed rubber compounds was studied. The results showed that the mechanical shear stress distribution roles of the waste rubber regeneration between two rollers under different roller speed ratios were essentially the same.As the roller speed ratio increased, the maximum mechanical shear stress of the waste rubber regeneration gradually increased, the Mooney viscosity and crosslink density of the reclaimed rubber compounds gradually decreased, the hardness first increased and then decreased, the sol mass fraction gradually increased. When the roller speed ratio was 1.3∶1,the Fmax-FL,tensile strength and elongation at break of the reclaimed rubber compound were the maximum. |
