| Abstract: |
| The acrylic polymer based adhesives were prepared using monomers included butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate et al,and the effect of the catalyst, initiator, polymerization inhibitor and composite emulsifier contents in reaction systems on the properties of the acrylic polymer based adhesives were studied. The results showed that, with the extension of reaction time, the shear strengths and peel strengths of the acrylic polymer based adhesives with different catalyst contents increased. When the catalyst content was 0.04%,the shear strength and peel strength of the acrylic polymer based adhesive were the largest. With the extension of reaction time, the tensile strengths, elastic moduli and impact strengths of the acrylic polymer based adhesives with different initiator contents increased. When the initiator content was 0.8% to 0.9%,the mechanical properties of the acrylic polymer based adhesives were batter. To ensure good storage stability and appropriate coagulation rate of the acrylic polymer based adhesives, the polymerization inhibitor and composite optimal emulsifier contents were 0.6% and 1.0%,respectively. |
