| Abstract: |
| The effect of tackifying resin on the adhesive properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds for the shock absorber bushings(iron skeleton) was studied. The results showed that using the ME3270/ME538 adhesive system, peeling tests were conducted on adhesive samples(with iron sheet as adhesive substrate) with a thickness of 2~6 mm,and a thick compound layer remained on the peeled surface of the iron sheet.Adding 2~4 phr of BN-1 tackifying resin did not result in significant changes in the curing characteristics and physical properties of the shock absorbing bushing compound. The bench test results and adhesive property of the shock absorbing bushing product prepared with the ME3270/ME538 bonding system, the NR compound with 2 phr of BN-1 tackifying resin and a high injection pressure(21 MPa) met the requirements. |
