| Abstract: |
| Using simulation technology to establish a 3D finite element model of 16.00R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire, and using solid scanning reverse modeling method to establish finite element models of the real pavements based on the actual road conditions of a certain mine, the influence of the road conditions on the mechanical proterties of the tire was studied. The results showed that under standard load, the bumpy pavement could easily cause severe unilateral wear on the tread, while the gravel pavement could easily cause scratches and gnawing on the tread. The road conditions had no effect on the location of the risk points for the tire shoulder damage and failure, but the bumpy and gravel pavements resulted in a decrease in the durability of the tire shoulder. |
