Abstract:
      Using solution styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) and polybutadiene rubber(BR) as the matrix material,the tread compound formulas were designed aimed at reducing hysteresis loss,and the performance of the compounds was studied.The results showed that silica dispersibilities of the compounds using BR KBR820,liquid BR(LBR) STE60,modified high dispersible silica 400G and silane coupling agent NXT were improved,the hysteresis losses were reduced,meanwhile the hardnesses and elongations at break of the compounds decreased,and the modulus at 300%,rebound values,DIN abrasion indices and dynamic cutting amounts increased.Among them,performance-price ratios of the compounds using BR KBR820T,LBR STE60 and silane coupling agent NXT were higher.The performance improvement effect of low rolling resistance modifier DS01M under this formulation system and ordinary mixing process conditions was very small,and its compound had the lowest performance-price ratio.
