Abstract: |
Using the compression set of a certain power battery fluororubber sealing ring(referred to as fluororubber sealing ring) as the aging index,accelerated aging tests were conducted on the fluororubber sealing ring at three temperatures(85,100 and 120 ℃) and two initial compression rates(25% and 40%) to evaluate the reliability of storage life of the fluororubber sealing ring.According to the accelerated aging kinetic equation,the static sealing storage life of the fluororubber sealing ring at a temperature of 80 ℃ and an initial compression rate of 25% was 38.22 a. |
